All the world's a stage...

So, it has been FOREVER!! So sorry about taking so long to blog again. I will start by updating everyone on my and my families goings on.

Hubby is back home, yay. It is sooooo good to have the other parent back and supporting! Also, of course, it is fantastic to have my best friend back with me. I really missed him while he was gone this time, had a very rough time with kids, housework, storms, fires and cars breaking. He came back with such good things about working out and shaping up, I have not lost any poundage but I have lost a couple inches (okay one so far) around the waist! He is looking good too, all muscley and hot.

Boys are good, started in school again we are now the family of a 6th grader and a 3rd grader...god they are getting so big!! S is 5 foot 2....R can still be picked up by me though, it will be a very sad day indeed when I can no longer pick him up...sigh. S got a cell phone, three now actually, they keep finding their way to a watery death some how or another. His friends keep calling on it, he has become so much more social.

Work is goodish. I am going to be starting at CSU Chico again in the spring. I have decided after much deliberation that I am going to get a degree in teaching science to high school kids. I am really excited about it, I really like kids and I love science, I am a good teacher so the three should go well together...I am going to be subbing just to check and make sure, however.

I am going to a Poison concert tomorrow night...I am so excited! I know, I know...I have already received much ribbing about the fact that I am going to an 80's hair band concert....but I LOVED Poison when I was a teen and I think it will be fun...besides, I haven't been to a concert in years.

The new car is great! It runs like a dream...you just don't know how bad a car is running until you drive one that runs well. The old car was hauled off last week and we even got a hundred bucks out of it! It was kinda sad to see it go, though it was hauled away while I was at work. It has seen us through both the boys infancy, toddlerhood and beyond. Sigh.

Lets see, what else...I think that might just cover it...there is other stuff going on but not ready to discuss it here yet...there are still some things that need finalizing first...nothing bad...actually kinda good.

Anyway...gotta go...I have to update my resume...boring!!
