Life anew

When I was 14 I had my palm read by a lady at a fair. She said that mine was the strangest she had ever seen...I am sure it was all a hoax but still. She said that I would have three major changes in my life that would cause me to become a different person.

I know a bit about change, it is painful, not fun but you come out the end usually a better person. I believe my first change came about when my mother got sober, she and I became best friends and this helped me come out of my shell a bit. My second change came about because of a man who wanted to get a better grade so he could get his high school diploma, it made me a person who never gave up. I am not sure but I think my third is in progress.

There is a lot going on with my life right now, I am going back to school to become a high school science teacher, I am very close to a occupational realignment whether it is voluntary or not is still to be seen and I am medically ill and will have to have surgery soon, this surgery will make me skinnier and change my diet drastically. There are other issues of a more personal nature that are going on and I am working on those too. It is a very stressful time and then you add the holidays on top, it may just be considered to be a lot. But in all this stress and trials and tribulations I have found a saying that is helping me through..."We'll all just float on"

Thanks Modest Mouse, I think I will just Float On

Enjoy life
